Frequently Asked Questions

What is integrated care?

The practice of treating the whole person, not just one issue they are facing. We all have mental health and it is a kind of control center for our life because our thoughts, emotions, and even physical sensations are guided by your mind. Integrated care takes all of that into account, because treating only one part of who you are could leave openings for other problems to continue.

That’s why integrated care focuses on your overall lifestyle too. Physical health is also important for treatment and recovery from a mental health disorder, so by placing a focus on physical and mental wellness, integrated care is set up to achieve the best outcome in long-term recovery.

Integrated care looks at a person as complex and knows you can’t necessarily just treat one thing without having to look at how it will affect the rest of someone’s life.

How fast can I get care?

How much does treatment cost?

At Pinnacle Peak, we accept most major health insurance plans. We believe treatment should be available to everyone, so we accept insurance from providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, AmeriBen, Beacon Health, and ComPsych.

Do you accept self-pay?

We accept most major health insurance plans, and we also have self-pay rates for those without insurance to align with our core belief that everyone should be able to receive treatment.

How long are your programs?

Programming at Pinnacle Peak varies in length and depends on the level of care needed by each individual entering the program.

What addictions do you treat?

We treat substance use disorders, co-occurring substance disorders, and all levels of addiction to methamphetamine, opioids, cocaine, alcohol, and more. Our goal in treatment is to make sure we treat you as a whole and not just the addiction. Our team of master’s-level therapists and medical professionals will work to find the root of your substance use disorder.

Are you an accredited facility?

At Pinnacle Peak, we strive to deliver the best rehab and recovery experience possible. We have received the Gold Seal of Approval for Behavioral Health Care Accreditation from the Joint Commission of Accreditation and are in alliance with the National Association on Mental Illness.

Because of this, we take our partnerships and accreditation very seriously, as we only believe in working with causes that match our values. Also, our accreditation status gives our clients and their families peace of mind, knowing they’re getting the best treatment available. Will my employer find out I’m in treatment?
